This is a place of tranquility and beauty in the heart of the Atlantic Forest. Here you will find a large green area, stunning views of the valley and mountains, a kitchen that prepares regional dishes, as well as a complete leisure area with sauna, swimming pool and hot tub.
Our comfortable and cozy accommodations can accommodate 2 to 4 people, guaranteeing practicality, comfort and direct contact with nature.

Ninho das Aves
Easily accessible and occupying 40 hectares of preserved Atlantic Forest, where a diverse and abundant birdlife transforms every moment into a unique experience, inviting you to have an unforgettable day of birdwatching.
Our infrastructure was designed for true nature lovers:
• Trails that run through very interesting areas of the preserved forest and its surroundings, with several carefully positioned observation points;
• Three elevated platforms, strategically installed to offer the best views and facilitate encounters with rare birds;
• Feeders and a charming hummingbird garden, which attract exuberant specimens;
• A cozy house integrated into the observation area, ideal for comfortably accommodating small groups.

Recanto das Aves
Recanto das Aves is located in the heart of the preserved Atlantic Forest, within the Macaé de Cima Environmental Protection Area (APA), in the municipality of Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro.
With 15 hectares of preserved forest and incredible biodiversity, every detail invites immersion in nature and contemplation of characteristic and endemic birds of the Atlantic Forest.
Our facilities include two observation platforms, feeders, a hummingbird garden, and strategically positioned trails to offer a privileged birdwatching experience. In addition, a charming wooden chalet, seemingly straight out of a movie, offers a welcoming refuge for those who wish to connect even more with this natural paradise.
